I haven't made cookies since the holidays, so I have been really dreaming about them. I found this one recipe at Grumpy's Honeybunch. It was for a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie - just like Otis Spunkmeyer. I was not sure how they were going to come out, but I took the risk. I was so surprised. They were amazing and just like the ones I used to eat in high school - you know the 3 for $1.00 ones. They were the best.
This recipe is really easy to make. The only pain is that you have to splurge a little on the macadamia nuts, but it's totally worth it. I also used white chocolate mini chips instead of white chocolate chunks to save money and it was just fine. The cookies were a little smaller than I would have liked because I thought they would spread on the baking sheet, but they were true to size, so don't be afraid to make a larger cookie if you want one.
