Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut your brussel sprouts in half and make sure you clean and wash thoroughly. Place in a large bowl and coat with olive oil salt and pepper. Let olive oil seep in for a few minutes. On a large baking sheet spread brussel sprouts evenly and place in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the crispness you prefer. Halfway through, make sure you turn Brussel sprouts over with a spatula so they don’t burn. When finished (if you are a glutten like me) pour a little more olive oil, salt and pepper on top, but that is totally optional.
