2 Tbs EVOO
2 Garlic Cloves
Slice Italian Bread into pieces about 1 inch thick. (Make as many as desired). Place on aluminum foil. Pour olive oil evenly over bread. Slice the garlic cloves in half and mash. Rub the garlic cloves on top of the bread to spread the olive oil. Then toast until crispy. If you are similar to my husband, and love butter, once toasted, spread butter on top. This is a great side for soups and salads.
