2-3 Eggs (or egg whites)
2 oz. American or Cheddar Cheese
1 Amoroso roll (sub or hoagie roll here in Philly)
1 Tsp. Butter
Sriacha sauce (as needed)
Salt and Pepper
Place eggs in a bowl and scramble. Add salt and pepper as desired. In a greased skillet over medium heat, cook your eggs to desired consistency and add your cheese when eggs are just about finished. While eggs are cooking toast your sub roll lightly and butter when warm so that it melts. When eggs are finished and cheese is melted place your eggs in the sub roll and drizzle the Sriacha sauce on top.
