Combine the Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Honey, and Pepper in a bowl. Pour over steak to marinate for about 2 hours.
Preheat your broiler or grill. Sprinkle salt on both sides of steak. Broil or grill your steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until your preference. Once finished let steak rest for about 5 minutes. Enjoy.
